Amethyst is the birthstone of February and is a semi-precious gem. Known as the stone of St. Valentine, it promotes faithful love and has the energy of fire, passion and creativity. 
Amethyst comes from numerous locations in the US and around the world. These original beads come from a private collection that we procured in our travels to the Westewn US and the exact location is unknown. These are the first beads in "The Collection" with global origin.
